WorkSafeBC Core Certification
Virtual Supervision – Janitorial

It’s September…

Did you know Servus Group is The Innovator of Gutter Cleaning Programs? So, what is all the Fuss about? Let’s put it this way: Over 300 Stratas in the lower mainland benefit from unlimited service calls after their Full Cleanings for less than $ 500 annually.

Have you heard our Operating System enables us to achieve a 360 View of our customers, including Field Work? Your account team can look back 10 + years and provide photos and field notes. We also touch on COR again (Yes, it’s a HUGE deal) and our success in our Janitorial Services with Virtual Supervision.

If you have made it this far, keep scrolling for this Month’s news.

Gutter cleaning in the Lower Mainland is not a once-a-year event, so we developed Our Very Popular Gutter Cleaning Programs ages ago. To explain in the simplest terms, the program is an Add-On to your Standard Gutter cleaning. The Add-On includes Unlimited Service Calls. Yes, we will come back for an hour to attend to clogged areas, and in our climate, this will happen Non-Stop.

So not only does a Site enjoy assurance it also gets budget certainty. The best part is that our operations team is very timely at getting a Field Team out, and you will receive a full report with pics of what happened. The average cost of the program is $ 400 annually; we can offer this value since we maintain over 300 Stratas a year

Connected Customer View – 360 Degree

We have a connected customer lifecycle, which unifies our customers, field, and back office processes. Field Service is pushed to mobile teams, and real-time status is synced to a record system. Field teams provide notes on their work status, photo evidence, and next steps. This allows us to maintain complete service records of every service completed, as well as centralized Account Management and Health and Safety plans in place for each site

Virtual Supervision – Janitorial Management – How Does It Work?

Simple, it’s all about the Technology Platform and execution from the Field Team. Pics are taken in Real-time into a feed specifically for each site. This visibility and transparency connects the field team to the account team and customers in actual time. Front Line Cleaners were true remote workers before it became a thing, and everyone benefits when they are part of a connected team.

Why is WorkSafeBC COR certification important?

By achieving COR®, employers are able to demonstrate to buyers that their health and safety management system has been developed, implemented, and evaluated on an annual basis through comprehensive internal and external audits.
