He bought the business and is passionate about applying new technology to improve customer service. David is accessible and interacts with clients to address their needs. Outside of work, he enjoys playing rugby, squash, tennis, and golf competitively.
Fredy has worked at Servus Specialty Cleaning since 2006, first as a carpet cleaning technician for four years, then as an account manager for the floorcare division. He is dedicated and possesses deep technical knowledge of the industry. Fredy is known for providing authoritative answers to clients quickly. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities with his family along the West Coast.
Rachel is the exterior division account manager at Servus Group. She handles ventilation, window cleaning, pressure washing, and building envelope cleaning. Starting as a field technician, she holds a level 3 SPRAT and was promoted to account manager in 2014 due to her excellent technical knowledge and customer service skills. Originally from Manitoba, she is passionate about health and fitness and enjoys playing sports.
Angel is the Janitorial Manager. Most would describe him as passionate about everything he does. You are unlikely to meet a person more concerned and dedicated to making the customer happy than Angel. He is always on top of your concerns and will go the extra mile to provide the best service possible. Angel is a rugby fanatic, having played and coached on a number of high-level teams in Argentina and British Columbia.
Paola is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in various disciplines, including process modelling, quality assurance, and quality control. She joined Servus Group in February 2022 and has since become an essential team member. Paola excels in critical administrative tasks such as accounting, payroll management, and efficient communication through reception duties. Her lively personality contributes to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Outside of work, Paola enjoys music, dance, and gardening. Her dynamic skill set and warm demeanour make her an invaluable asset to the team.
In spring 2023, Mario joined Servus Group with over 15 years of experience in administration, data delivery, and finance. His analytical, results-driven approach stems from diverse management experience in manufacturing and construction.
Mario specializes in corporate finance and team leadership, focusing on enhancing decision-making through information and control systems for data-driven insights. He creatively solves problems, supports team members, and emphasizes practical ideas. With an MBA and a Master's in Taxation, Mario blends strong education with practical finance experience.
Lewis is a marketing and international business professional with an MBA and over six years of experience in B2B and B2C sales and marketing strategies. He is passionate about sales and customer experience and thrives in dynamic environments where he can leverage his strategic thinking and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Slavko Buncic, our operations Manager, joined the Servus Group family as a floor care crew leader in February 2012. His journey within the company demonstrates his adaptability and unwavering dedication. Like Fredy, Slavko started as a floorcare technician and later transitioned to the exterior division, highlighting his versatility. With an exceptional work ethic and extensive experience in both fields, he is a key member of our team. Assuming the role of Operations Manager in 2017, Slavko consistently exceeds expectations, bringing valuable expertise and a commitment to excellence.
Kevin started his professional journey as an HR manager in his family's food production business before joining the Servus team. With six years of experience managing various aspects of the family's food preparation company, he handled operations, HR, and sales. Seeking new challenges and more independence, Kevin pursued an MBA and then worked as an executive assistant at Anytime Fitness, gaining exposure to diverse business operations in a different industry.

Since 2019, Greg Korpela has been a key member of the Servus team, serving as OH&S Manager, Risk Manager, and Customer Success Manager. He began his career as a Paramedic with the BC Ambulance Service in 2008 and became a rope access technician in 2009, gaining experience in high-risk environments.
Greg excels at creating robust safety systems and processes, utilizing data analysis and technology to improve operational efficiency. His diverse skills make him a valuable asset, and his dedication to safety and strategic problem-solving ensures the well-being of employees and customers.
