- Resolving any production, mechanical and scheduling difficulties encountered

Exterior Services
Do you like working outdoors in a dynamic environment, interacting with people, while also using technology as you go about your day?
Our exterior division specializes in cleaning low rise and high rise building exteriors throughout the Lower Mainland. These services include window washing, pressure washing, soft washing, dryer vent cleaning, gutter cleaning and roof cleaning. Our crews have the tools, equipment and training to accomplish almost any exterior building cleaning or maintenance task.
Our compensation plan is one the most competitive pay models in the industry, with a guaranteed hourly rate and performance model on each project.
Exterior Rope Access Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Wage: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
Qualifications
- SPRAT or IRATA Rope Access Certification
- Fall Protection Certification
- Drivers Licence
- Experience in the Cleaning Industry
- Ability to work at heights
Exterior Low-Rise Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Wage: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Fall Protection Certified (Will Train)
- Boom Lift Certification (Will Train)
- Drivers Licence
- Experience in the Cleaning Industry
- Able To Lift Ladders
- Ability to work at heights
Interior Services
For more than three decades we have provided the Lower Mainland with carpet cleaning, floor care and janitorial services. We also offer a complete selection of interior cleaning options to suit almost any need. Such as, high touch disinfection services, general cleaning and area disinfecting services, professional upholstery cleaning and hard surface cleaning services.
Floor Care
Job Type: Full-time
Wage: $20.00 -$35.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a smart phone
- IICRC Carpet Technician Certification (We can assist in arranging training)
- Ability to Operate Portable & Truck Mounted equipment (We can train)
- Handle and maintain equipment, supplies, vehicles and products assigned.
- Prepare truck with materials and equipment for use the following day
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment used including truck mount and portable use equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned vehicle
Janitorial
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Wage: $15.75-$25.00 per hour
