Roof Cleaning – Soft Wash Treatment with Proven Chemistry

At Servus Specialty Cleaning, we use a sodium hypochlorite-based soft wash solution, combined with surfactants and wetting agents, to safely break down moss, algae, and organic debris.

We also perform light manual cleaning before applying a growth-inhibiting treatment that helps prevent regrowth and reduces the need for future cleanings.

Roof Moss Removal Warranty – 3 Years

Our roof moss treatment comes with a 3-Year Free Warranty because we stand behind our work.

Phase 1: Cleaning Phase –First 6 Months

After treatment, moss dies off gradually. We return around the 6-month mark to inspect the roof. If any live moss or algae remain, we re-treat those areas at no charge to ensure full sterilization.

Phase 2: Protection Phase – 3 Years 


Once sterilized, the treatment continues to reactivate with rain, helping prevent moss regrowth. If new moss appears within the 3-year warranty period, we’ll re-treat the affected areas—on us.
