Residential Parking Lot Line Painting

“Clean Lines. Safer Sites. Smarter Parking.”

At Servus, we know that residential parking lots are more than just asphalt—they’re where your residents arrive home, greet guests, and start and finish their day. Clear, professional line painting helps keep everything organized, maximizes parking capacity, and makes sure your property always looks well-maintained.

We work with strata councils and property managers to deliver reliable, high-visibility line painting services. Whether it’s repainting faded stalls, updating numbering, or reconfiguring layouts to match new traffic patterns, our team brings the experience and equipment to get the job done right—and with minimal disruption to residents.

Our Residential Services Include:

Standard stalls & visitor stalls
Curb, fire lane, and no-parking zone markings
Accessible stalls and directional arrows
Speed bump and hazard striping
Custom numbering and stencilling

We use commercial-grade traffic paint and precision equipment to ensure crisp, long-lasting lines that withstand the Lower Mainland’s weather. Weekend and after-hours scheduling is available to keep things smooth for your residents.

Frequently Asked

How often should our residential lot be repainted?

Most residential parking lots should be repainted every 1 to 2 years, depending on traffic, weather exposure, and surface condition. If lines are fading, confusing, or hard to see at night or in the rain, it’s time.

Do you offer after-hours or weekend service?

Yes. We regularly schedule evening and weekend jobs to avoid disrupting residents. We’ll coordinate access, signage, and communication so everything runs smoothly.

What type of paint do you use? Will it last?

We use commercial-grade traffic paint designed for durability in BC’s climate. In high-traffic areas, we also offer premium coatings for longer-lasting results – Propark waterborne-traffic marking paint. This premium waterborne acrylic alkyd striping paint has excellent chemical and dirt resistance which provides exceptional adhesion to concrete and asphalt surfaces

Do residents need to move their vehicles?

Yes—at least in the areas being painted. We’ll work with your strata or property manager to plan clear communication and staggered schedules so there’s minimal inconvenience
