You may have heard we rebranded on November 1st; we remain the same company and team serving the Lower Mainland since 1989. However, our service vehicles are now blue instead of yellow. Our most frequent question is: what do customers need to do? The only action required is to update our emails to “@servusgroup.com”; the older domains will continue to be forwarded.

New Branding – New Look

You must take great care and responsibility when rebranding a company that has been operating for over 30 years.

The new look needed to build on our principles of being friendly and welcoming, accountable and proactive, highly responsive, customer-focused, and high-tech and advanced.

We think we pulled it off, and the look reflects our primary brand attributes. Check out our latest addition to the exterior fleet our new rolling billboard 🙂

Gutter cleaning in the Lower Mainland is not a once-a-year event, so we developed Our Very Popular Gutter Cleaning Programs ages ago. To explain in the simplest terms, the program is an Add-On to your Standard Gutter cleaning. The Add-On includes Unlimited Service Calls. Yes, we will come back for an hour to attend to clogged areas, and this will happen nonstop in our climate.

So, not only does a site enjoy assurance, but it also gets budget certainty. The best part is that our operations team is very timely at getting a Field Team out, and you will receive a full report with pics of what happened. The average cost of the program is $ 400 annually; we can offer this value since we maintain over 300 Stratas a year

The Carpet and Rug Institute recommends using certified Seal of Approval products and proudly recognizes service providers who use SOA products and equipment to benefit their customers.

The Seal of Approval Service Provider designation assures customers that their carpets have been cleaned with only the best cleaning products and equipment. Several major carpet manufacturers specify the use of Seal of Approval cleaning products in their warranties.

In the Strata Cleaning economy, there is no doubt that November is the starting point for the winter season. I recently met with 55 customers and asked them about their current experiences in the Strata cleaning world. The most common stress point was the slow turn around on, or complete lack of, quotes.

We understand the current market challenges of inflation and labor pressures. Our customer experience strategy includes providing quotes within days. While we don’t always meet this goal, we do well. Knowing our quote process helps identify issues and navigate successfully. We promptly enter each request in our system and track the days until it’s sent to the customer.
